DETOUR! Beginning Monday, March 9 until further notice, the W6 Gretna Local cannot serve the following two stops due to construction: 1. Gretna Ferry Terminal and 2. Huey Long Avenue at 2nd Street. Normal service resumes at Huey Long Avenue and 4th Street.
The Gretna Local route provides service to historic downtown Gretna and surrounding Parish municipal services via Wilty Terminal. The Wilty Terminal provides connections to Lapalco, Westbank Expressway, Terrytown, and Westbank Sunday Loop routes. (Visit the RTA website to check their current schedules.)
